Can I tour the venue before booking?
Yes! We offer tours by appointment. Just message us to schedule a time.
How much is the deposit?
A $400 security deposit is required to secure your event date. This deposit will be refunded 7 days after the event if there are no damages or excessive cleaning needed.

Yes, if alcohol will be served, two police officers are required for the safety and enjoyment of all guests.

Our Booking Process
Schedule a Tour
Contact us to schedule a tour of the venue. We’ll show you all the details and help you envision your special event.
Agreement and Deposit
Once you’re ready to book, sign the agreement and pay a $400 security deposit. This will be refunded after the event if there are no damages or excessive cleaning. A valid ID is required at this stage.
Payment and Security
The full rental payment is due 7 days before the event. If alcohol will be served, you’ll need to hire 2 security officers for the event.
